Book Tour ✭ Lawless (King, #3) by T.M. Frazier +Review & Giveaway

Lawless is book three in the King Series
and is Bear and Thia's raw, and gritty tale!

Thia is prim and proper.
Bear is leather and lawless.
It will never work between them.
It's a lie they almost believe.

Bear captured my interest since book one in the series. The moment he sent Doe up to King’s room, I knew there was something about him. His presence was too strong to ignore and not have his story told. He truly shined in his supporting role and as the leading character, he broke book boyfriend boundaries.

This entire book gut punches with a ferocity only Bear’s story could deliver.
The beginning showed a different side to Bear; one that was more sweet and untarnished from the darkness yet to come. I liked the way we were shown Bear and Thia’s first encounter, and it was a great way to hook the reader with interest instantly.

Fast forward to present day and Bear is nothing but darkness. He’s left feeling empty after recent, devastating events. He departed from Logan’s Beach and his friends in order to clear his head before chaos ensued from his ex-MC. This brutal, vulgar, rough man is lost without a place in the MC, as he no longer has direction in his life.

Seventeen year-old (nearly eighteen) Thia has never been able to be a teenager. Since a tragedy hit her family, she’s had to hold the weight and take care of her family. This sweet, young girl has just gone through a cataclysmic moment in her life, in what seems like a blink of an eye. Her shock and panic leads her to seek out the one man who promised her help all those years ago.

Like Bear, she has a sweet side, but it’s been overtaken by the seriousness of the world. She’s feisty and witty and most importantly, she can handle Bear’s personality. These two are some of the most perfectly matched couples.

In true T.M. Frazier style, these characters are going to be dragged through hurdles before they can have have a full and permanent grasp of happiness.

I just knew there was going to be a crazy cliffhanger judging from the one thrown at us in King. Even knowing this, I was still left with my jaw hanging open and pondering the ending for nearly a half hour afterwards.

There were non-stop thrills and explosions in this book. Twists and turns left and right. Sex, crime, betrayal, lies, a motorcycle club thirsting for revenge… absolutely every kind of intense flavor to satisfy you.

King and Doe played a big role in this book, which of course I loved. And I really enjoyed seeing the kiddos pop up every now and then, as well.

T.M. Frazier is a fierce wordsmith who pens darkness and grit with finesse. I adore her writing and it’s addictive effects.

This is not a book for everyone. It’s extremely dark and raw, but if you’ve delved into King & Tyrant, I think you can strap in for Bear’s story. I HIGHLY recommend this!!

I really suggest reading book one and two first. I think that Bear’s experiences in those books are so crucial to understanding the Bear you see in this book. The story starts with a Bear that is astray and wandering aimlessly through life, not knowing his place in the world.

And P.S. THE COVER IS DELECTABLE!! What a perfect representation of Bear. Congrats on your good looks, Josh Mario John. ;)
